Crèche Information For Parents

We are open from 9.00am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Cost

Late Fees

$1 per minute if child is picked up late. Please arrive at booked time.

Bookings
To ensure a place for your child you can book and pay in advance (see above for discount offer).

Booked places are non-refundable.

Payment Options
You can pay with cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard.  We also have EFTPOS facilities available.

Enrolment Forms        
An enrolment form must be fully completed for each child before you leave your child with our service. If you do not understand any questions on the form, please ask a staff member for help.

If the information you provide on the enrolment form changes, please notify us so the form can be amended.

Signing Out
Each child must be signed in and out on arrival and departure.

What to Bring

• Drink bottle (named).
• Health snack in named container, ready to eat (no nuts, yoghurt, dairy desserts snack fruit packs, Primas or uncut grapes).
• Change of clothes.
• No ointments or medicines (if your child requires treatment in the crèche, please talk to a staff member).
• Pram required if child is less than 12 months old.
