Class Descriptions  

Now running Zumba classes!

Aqua Cardio.
Heart rate up and plenty of action. An aerobic workout using strong moves against the water’s resistance. (No swimming skills required)

 

Aqua Strength.
Medium paced class – An aerobic warm up followed by strength training exercises. Using dumbbells, noodles & other Aquatic equipment to increase resistance. (No swimming skills required)

 

Boxing Circuit.
High energy workout using the basic training techniques of boxers. The class is done on a circuit format changing from upper and lower body.

 

Box Fit
Boxing based fitness class where you can work in pairs and solo. Boxing cardio exercises. Definitely one to get the heart pumping!

Cardio Wake Up.
45 minutes of high cardio. An early morning class to get the blood moving on those chilly mornings.

 

Core / Stretch.
Use your own body as the resistance, with movements from Yoga & Pilates. Give your core muscles the workout they have been looking for.

 

 

Indoor Cycling Class

30 minutes on a bike to make you sweat. Hill climbs, sprints, and bumpy roads. No map requires for this journey. All levels welcome.

Kick Boxing (thursday night)
A privately operated kick boxing class. If you are interested please call Mark on 5447 0427

RIP.
Barbell class to tone all over, working particular muscle groups in set sequences. If you enjoy Pump or Powerbar you will want to get Ripped!

RIP Express
30 minute barbell workout focusing on legs, chest, back and abs. Major workout for major muscle groups.

PowerBar Express
30 minute barbell workout focusing on legs, chest, back and abs major workout for major muscle groups.

Scuplt
One hour workout using bodyweight. Come in and find muscles you never knew you had.

SFH Aqua.
A class designed for new participants and those looking for a light workout. Suitable for older participants and those returning to exercise after a long break. (No swimming skills required)

 

Basic Core SFH
Downstairs in our back room. An exercise routine using ankle weights and hand weights to improve bone density, muscle density, and balance. This class is suitable for the beginning to people with injuries. Exercises are adaptable to each person.

SFH Core – lets get started
An introduction to strength training, for those who are just getting started, back on their feet.
A group class using light free weights, low impact exercises. Improve your balance & co-ordination.

 

SFH Core/Cardio.
A great class for anyone wanting to do basic weights using SFH exercises with the added bonus of a cardio workout.

 

SFH Gym
Feel comfortable in a supervised group environment, as you work at your own pace with your personalised gym program.

 

 

SFH RH reaching higher.
OK, now we climb to the top! Lift your balance and co-ordination to a higher level. To further enhance functional movement. Active movement, balance & co-ordination

 

Step
Yes it's back! The ever popular step aerobics great for all ages all levels!

 

 

 

Yoga
Spend an hour with our resident yofa guru Paul revitalize your body after the end of a long day.

Yogalates.
Gently strengthen your body using the fit ball combining movements of Pilates & Yoga. Why not stay for a latte after class

 

Yogalates Stretch.
Work your core muscles then a total stretch out using the fit ball. Come away relaxed and floating

 

Zumba
This is the latest craze! Latin moves and latin tunes help to create a party atmosphere. Highly addictive, fun workout for everyone! Join the Zumba party!

Zumba Gold
For Beginners or those that enjoy their Zumba at an easier pace. This is the latest craze! Latin moves and latin tunes help to create a party atmosphere. Highly addictive, fun workout for everyone! Join the Zumba party.

Zumbatomic
Here us a chance for the Kids to join in on the Zumba fun! Kids move to funky grooves!
